LIFESTYLE LIFT

Unfortunately, part of aging is sagging skin and fat in places that you don’t want it to be. Following my suggestions for exercise and a healthy diet will make you healthier and look better, but sadly it will not get rid of the wrinkles that have developed on your face or the skin that hangs under your chin. My friend, Sarah, who is approaching 50, had a procedure called Lifestyle Lift, and she looked great afterwards, so I asked her about it. She told me all about how it worked and what happened. Now I want to share this knowledge with you, and if you still want a second opinion, read this woman’s diary.

She was very reluctant to participate in an invasive procedure in order to alter how she looked and I know a lot of other people that feel the same way. That said, she loves the way she looks now and would do it again in a second. Part of her reluctance was about the surgeons; however, they are all trained to do this specific procedure and to, of course, accomplish the results with the utmost care and precision. You can read the bios of the doctors here. I’m a personal fan of Jeffrey Pollard because he has such a cute picture. However, all of the surgeons have impressive resumes and incredible experience. While Lifestyle Lift may not be for everyone, the surgeons appear to be qualified and successful in their own right. She said hers was very pleasant and went out of his way to make her feel comfortable.

Consultations for Lifestyle Lift are free and after doing some more research on their website, it really does seem like a great procedure. The friend that I mentioned before is not a fan of hospitals or operating rooms and whenever she walks into a hospital she claims she feels nervous and anxious. That was one of the benefits of this procedure - it was performed in a special room in the office (as opposed to an operating room). She said it was a suite that had been modified to accommodate the state of the art equipment. The procedure is able to take place in a suite because the Lifestyle Lift doesn’t require the use of a major anesthetic. When I first learned that this was how the procedure was done, I was a little worried that she had done something unsafe; however, it turns out that it is much safer than using a general anesthesia which is where many of the complications relating to cosmetic procedures occur. The procedure took under an hour and her recovery time was amazingly short. She was out and about shortly after going in for her fix-me-up.

I will not post any of her personal information online, so I won’t put pictures of her on this site, but you can see before and after pictures of other patients here as well as in the diary mentioned above. There was even a news story on the procedure that you can view here!

I know that people are skeptical of cosmetic enhancement, but let me tell you how much better she looks and feels. Combined with the exercise and healthy diet you can feel like a new woman too!
