LOOKING GOOD IS FEELING GOOD


It should come as no surprise that the key to feeling good about yourself is being healthy and looking good. Who doesn’t enjoy looking in the mirror and seeing an attractive, young face looking back? It’s even better when it’s your own! Through a
good diet, daily exercise, spending time out on the town, and a little trick called Lifestyle Lift, I was able to completely turn around the way I feel and act and you can too. To find out a little about me check out my about me section.

It is very easy to become depressed if you are unhealthy or unhappy about the way you look.
Depression is a clinical disorder that can have many causes. It is a state of intense sadness or melancholy and can color the way you act, think, and live. People commonly describe depression as “randomly feeling sad” or being “unmotivated to do things.” While this is true, it can often go much farther affecting one’s social interactions and daily life. Depression occurs when there is a chemical imbalance in the brain. Although my doctor has explained what exactly happens in the brain, I do not have a scientific background and cannot follow his jargon. If you want to read more about it check out

There are different ways to correct the chemical imbalance, and while many doctors and psychiatrists are quick to use prescription drugs such as Prozac and Zoloft, which may be very effective and easy for children and adults alike, I have found that the best cure is all about self image.

When you exercise and stay healthy, along with a little trick that I learned about and have come to love,
